GHC Offering all employees paid Maternity and Paternity Leave

We are excited to announce a new benefit that we are offering to our new moms and dads at Greek House Chefs. Effective immediately, we are offering paid maternity and paternity leave to our team members. As mothers and fathers ourselves, we truly value family life and allowing our team members to have a positive work/life balance. We think that it’s important for all of our staff to spend the time to bond with their children and support their spouses by giving 100% of their focus to their family when it really counts.

This policy is something that we are very passionate about at Greek House Chefs and could not wait to give our employees this opportunity. Companies in the industry are announcing that they soon will offer paid maternity leave, but why wait? Many of our team members are in the heart of motherhood and fatherhood and we want to make sure that they are given every opportunity to devote their time and energy to what matters most, their blossoming families.

Building on a culture of recruiting and retaining the most talented individuals in our industry, our new paid Maternity and Paternity leave policy is a reflection of our focus on providing our employees with a family-friendly atmosphere and one that values family life and the devotion it takes to raise children. We believe that our Chefs are the heartbeat of our company. Because our Blue Coat Chefs are so important to us, we are proud to be the only Food Service company in the industry to offer paid maternity and paternity leave for all of our employees. Because it matters.
